So far I can't help but think that we are supposed to see the protagonist as young and ignorant, and infer the politics for ourselves. Especially the bits that mention the US-Taiwan relationship, the random guy who wants to work with the DoD, israel mention, the #freetibet right next to #standwithukraine etc makes me rather think we're supposed to see the absurdity of it and not see it as her endorsing those views

mention of that nationality again, and putting the fact that ppl behave around his nationality than others or local is kind of off putting

found the pianist bit, it brought nothing to the story, idk why she needs to choose that nationalist. it could've been any other nationality tbh
