As things start to pick up in this book; it really becomes clear that Tolstoy is a legend for a reason. I am still shocked at each discovery made into Katyusha and Nehklyudov’s relationship and their realizations that shake their core beings. It is especially awesome to see both rejecting the systems in place at the time (pre-revolution). Beast mode.

*brain gets sadder

I am loving this, his writing style is so approachable and calculated. I unfortunately relate to Nekhlúdoff and a lot of his sentiments on life. Very much enjoying this so far.
