I enjoyed the TV series much more than the book. The TV adaptation was much more but thriller where is the book is more psychological and more introspective

Not really enjoying the long chapters. Trying to understand this book. The language and words it uses is kind of hard to understand, you can tell it’s an older style book maybe written in the late 90’s.

Giving this one another try. I thought the series was great and went back to read the book and I couldn’t get into it. Then I saw all the bad reviews from people I tend to agree with and so I quit. But after reading presumed guilty (a strong 5 stars from me), I’ve decided to try this one again.
