Status Updates From The Many Lives of John Stone

When Spark was talking about her actual parents she started to put the puzzle pieces together and realized that "she is likely to be a sempervivens" (Buckley 495). I couldn't believe that she would also be one it completely shocked me.

It makes no sense as to why she is feeling this way, "The idea of speaking to a lawyer worries her" (Buckley 268) as she isn't in any trouble or anything just she is asking questions about John.

I was extremely shocked when the mother told Stella Park she was adopted this completely caught me off guard: "' I wasn't going to tell you at all-' 'so you were happy about me living a lie'" (Buckley 427). I never would have though that her mother would have been lying to her her whole life.

John had said that he "knew little, then, of politics," and that his "attention was at first drawn to things of no interest to the king" he had also stated that he would pay much attention to those that "plucked off hid wig" or "allowed gravy to dribble down his chin." showing great detail that he put in as an author.

I choose this book becuase it was in the thriller section even though this book i wouldn't consider a thriller and i ran out of time so i just picked a random book last year. I wouldn't really say i like this book or it really got my expectations but it is alright and not bad also i have been reading it for so long that i will just finish it.
