I love them so much! Casca needs to be kept away from cliffs. Guts is right.

Guts going to the mountains to practice is insane. But it is something he would do.

A year has passed? And Casca surely survived. I’m glad. It’s sad though that they went back to nothing again.

Also, save Princess Charlotte! Poor thing.

This felt like the Red Wedding! The Behelit dropped into the sewers, I didn’t expect this. I thought it’d activate or something once Griffith reaches the point of desperation or something. This is interesting! Why the King is keeping him alive for a year specifically? That’s coincidence with the eclipse. I’m so scared. I’m sure it will be when all hell is going to break loose.

I’m losing it. Why on earth are they killing the Band of the Hawk? I get it in theory but imagine being a random soldier and dying because of what Griffith had done? What a waste! I’m so scared for Casca! If anything happens to her I’ll lose it. Rickert got an arrow in his arms, so did Pippin. If anything happens to them and (Judeau too) I’ll rage quit! I can’t deal with this!

What the actual fuck?

“The Start of the Everlasting Night” is a fitting title. Griffith messed up so bad in this chapter, this was an insane decision. not to mention Princess Charlotte’s age or the dubious consent. I don’t think he was thinking clearly. He was crying after. Why else would Guts spring into his mind? I have so many questions. Did he intend to do it? and get caught? I don’t think so.

And he said “so the gears have indeed begun turning.” It’s either that he is Guts from the future how else would he know about the fact that Guts was born from a corpse and all the other stuff. Or it was foretold in some prophecy! I can’t wait to find out! And it seems Griffith is starting to make a move for the throne.
