Cal went angry when he saw some workers in school destroying the locker of Lizzie and have a panic attach and thought that the heart of Lizzie was rejected him and he started to apologized from not doing anything. Thats when he came to talk to Ally about how he could't make it to dinner with her and that's when she said she couldn't be with and let her go. Until the next day. they start to open about it.

Cal nows tried to drive even though he is scared because of the traumatic experience of the car crash. Ever since his crush Ally ask him to drive her into the baseball game, he tries hard while his friend Spencer helps him. That's when Cal kissed Ally and expresses his feelings towards her and she to him.

Later on, Cal finds out that, in order for him to survive, Lizzie mom who is always donated Lizzie heart to Cal. He was upset and blame himself for killing her. But Spencer told him it wasn't and couldn't be able to take it if he lost him to in the car accident. That's when Cal and Spencer kiss but tried not to be awkward about it and Cal goes to therapy to tried to control his panic attacks.

As Cal was driving the car, Spencer and Lizzie were playing around when a car accident happen and thats when everything changes. Cal was angry and was blaming himself for driving until Spencer told him that it wasn't himself. Thats when he got angry at his mom to know that everything it okay.

Cal, Lizzie and Spencer are both ver close friends until Cal founds out that Lizzie and Spencer slept together and he felt weird out but tried to forget about. They spent time together in the night because Lizzie birthday.
