Status Updates From Honor: An Anthology

No Honor Among Thieves by David Estes: A thief starts to rethink his ways after a strange encounter with a weapon. Plenty of reflection and action and shows great contrast between the two leads. 4/5

The True Purpose of a Thing by D.L. Jennings: A squire with the ability to see the true version of things is tasked with repairing the veil protecting humanity. A nice introspective story. 4/5

Insubordination by Charles Hack: A solider faces a difficult choice when her squad is in danger. An action filled military sci-fi with some self reflection, especially toward the end. 4/5

Fatal Methods Optional by E.A. Winters: Two ex-assassins turned married thieves with morals take on a job that doesn’t go as planned. This one has some fun character interactions and interesting magic systems and action, and contrasts their old and new lives. 4/5
