If shes connected to her own bratva crap, imma be pissed. Or if it happens to be some crazed ex who's stalking her & is apart of bratva crap, too. I just wanted a nice meet cute surgeon mafia romance - it's going to he stupid if it's either of those choices.

Could not get into this book.
The characters have no depth and are too rigid. Their conversations are bland making zero chemistry between the two.
The whole dialogue and writing is over analyzed and too in depth on the psychological aspects and not on feelings or connections of their relationship.

The premise had so much potential, but the writing was static and bland. And so much telling. Should have checked the Goodreads rating before downloading it and being disappointed. The tenses in the writing could use a good edit too. It bounces all over the place and makes my brain hurt.
