Status Updates From Destiny (Nightmare Misfits)

so far, some of the dialogue is written very well, but so far this first book is given a whole lot of nothing, the characters have little to no personality, including our main character, which is unfortunate, and I keep trying to explain it away and give the book time to deep in the characters, a little bit more but so far that really hasn’t happened at all. and the world building is incredibly vague

Color me confused
