Ok so I’ve gone through the book and after decades of reading about and thinking about a sour dough starter I have finally done it. Well I’ve started. The book is motivating and the recipes look easy. I’m not going to do my review until I’ve made something, I think will be on the weekend! I probably need some positive thoughts if my previous bread making is anything to go by!
