I feel the end closing in, and I'm really looking forward for the horror to ramp up. So far, the scares have been few and far between, but I have a feeling that might change really soon.

Malfi keeps me guessing where the story will go.
But I did not expect the thing in their childhood to be what it was. Sure, it was horrible, but from someone coming from a similar enviorment, it feels like something outcasts from there would want to do as well. It was interesting to read in that regard.

So far, it's alright. There are some of the things I really liked about Come With Me and The Narrows present, but this story is more similar to some form of Slenderman retelling with a magician at the moment.
Entertaining nonetheless
