Status Updates From La nuit ravagée

I’m hooked on the characters, but there’s a lot of really elevated language in this for a book about a bunch of young kids. I don’t hate it cuz it’s definitely keeping me on my toes, I just think it maybe doesn’t fit? Could be a translation issue too.
