I didn’t like the heroine. She was kind of a brat. I enjoy Megan Walker’s writing though and loved Lakeshore Park. Perhaps if this story wasn’t a novella, I could have come around to liking the main character as I got to know her better, but from this short glimpse, I thought Lucas was way too good for her and deserved better.
