focused on this book yesterday and rushed through to the end. - final chapter #20 & epilogue.

mid-chapter 16 - Anne Boleyn is now married to the King and Queen of England, although the marriage with his first wife is still not annulled. Anne's child will be born very soon.

starting Chapter 13 - the King has finally made a decisive move towards Anne Boleyn and to breaking up his marriage. (according to the book this teasing affair, although not consummated, has been going on for years.)

a little ways into Chapter 4. The timeline did settle down...to the building of Sutton Place, with Anne & Richard Weston. Although that's more in the background while discussing King Henry VIII and Queen Katharine and Anne Boleyn (she's still quite young).

starting Chapter 3 - now back to King Henry VIII timeline in 1521, earlier than the first part -- this book is really jumping around timelines, hopefully it will settle down.

Just finished Chapter 1 - had gone back in time to King Edward (the Confessor) and his wife Queen Edith who cursed Sutton Place, as he loved the place and had banished her to a nunnery and her family from England entirely.

this is a kindle book I got with free credits, reading on my phone...slowly. Takes place (so far) in London during the reign of Henry VIII. (not yet done with chapter 1)
