Written in a stream of consciousness style, this has made me think differently about a wide range of OCD-like disorders, that is, everything from eating disorders to body dysmorphia to pathological & violent jealousy. OCD-like tendencies are everywhere. It's made me more bullish on meditation and the plasticity-enhancing nature of psychedelics as must-haves for the treatment of mental health generally.
