Okay...I'm at the part where it gets confusing. I literally thought I read this chapter but it's just the exact same chapter with a different POV. The problem is that it's the first time this has happened like this so the reader is not expecting it.

I will say that it is taking a long time to read this little book.

This is very much like The Other by Annie Neugebauer, only it's on a road trip rather than in the woods (so far).

I'm still in. I can see why people have trouble with this. Our twins are sometimes a monolith and sometimes not. I'm just getting into the part that gets strange (stranger?), so we'll see.

I will say that the fact that I'm exhausted while reading is actually helping this make sense to my mind. My logic sensors are disabled lol.

Reading this ARC - can’t wait to see how the ending plays out!
