Laughing at the CEOs and the turncoats. Also coincidentally I’ve used up my free 15hrs this month and ended right when I’m about to get off work.

I don’t care about her opinions on geomanipulation. I believe the options are population control or high-tech interference. Although I agree a lot of these ideas sound real stupid.

Part 2 is more interesting than part 1. Surprisingly. Because it’s heavy on geo green politics

How is a person who is “accepting the economic and social impact of climate change…denying its scientific reality”? There are some things she writes that make me feel I’ve skipped a section.

You have to be joking, they didn’t seriously tell US teachers to “take on the white man’s burden”. You selfish narcissistic adult children

Is this the end of the colonialism tirade? I wouldn’t mind more but I’m laughing at how phallic it’s getting.

She did so much heavy lifting in chapter 2 how could there possibly be more chapters. I don’t understand persuasive nonfiction books. It’s like that post about a lawyer where basically: it pays more to be wordy and legalese than to be concise.

I just be hearing this out-of-context. So you have disaster victims in the UK, and you think it’s bad to cut/divert foreign aid to help your own disaster victims? Am I hearing this right? Also like, there are poor ppl in the UK too, you must be referring to less-developed countries. Are you saying a gvt should ignore their own poor?
