I was really looking forward to this. I pre-ordered the hardback on UK Amazon before they pulled the listing and it's currently winging its way to me from abroad (to match my first three HBs). I bought the audiobook on sale and downloaded the ebook through KU. And I am really struggling to make progress. I keep having to pause the audiobook.
