Status Updates From The Servant

Considering I’ve been reading in the fantasy genre recently I really did not get on with this, too many names, too little context. I don’t do it often but it is a low rating for this one unfortunately.

This is very confusing. Too many names, places, etc just thrown into conversations without much context. There is a need for a glossary or some way to keep everything organised in my brain.

Kind of having a hard time with this one.

I only have 2 chapters left and still have no idea what's going on

Jewels aren't riveted in metal. They are set, and there are tons of different types of settings. Homework is needed. Jewelers like me will be annoyed when reading.

Do I reeeeeeeeally have to finish it? Seriously, I'm struggling a lot to finish it. This book is NOT for me. I'm not enjoying it :(

OMG, I want to scream! This book is confusing and the writing is awful! I can't believe it! I love many books from this writer. Like Frog! It's a great book! The Servant is frustrating! Can't undertand a thing, too many characters and all have the same "voice" so I have no idea when the narrator change. Unfortunately I'm not enjoying it at all... But I will finish it. I'm stubborn and want to know the end.

I'm in the mood for fairytale :) and it's also part of a challenge! So YEAH reading it now
