Such a helpful book that explains how to eat the way our bodies were designed, and the dangers of excess insulin in the blood. This is what keeps us fat, especially Americans! The author explains the importance of eating all the food groups, and that a particular food group isn’t inherently bad (like carbs or fats). You need all of them for balance, just not in excess. Eating in moderation is key!
