If I had a nickel for every book I read this year partially about the increase in open/blatant bigotry in NYC post-COVID that took me until about halfway through to accept I did not think was very good, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but weird it's happened twice.

Ugh. Kinda hate this already.
