This will take a bit longer to finish as I keep stopping to try recipes. She is very clear in explaining as to what to and how to do things. Been around Lebanese food now for over 30 yrs but not as the one cooking. Have several other cookbooks but this is 1st one I'm reading on Kindle makes it easier that hardback for me as can check ingredients at store.
