He dares to go have a smoke while his mother is belittling Rocky AGAIN and then proceeds to follow Rocky when she leaves to the bedroom to avoid further issues? He wants to talk about her jealousy? RESPECT, buddy. She has been disrespected by his mother since she arrived. Go have a stern word with your Ma, Lane. I’d be shot out that door so fast.

Lots of action in this one!

A good one. - She, the heroine Rocky feels a bit in the distance. This is truly the hero Layne´s book, his story, from him and his needs and love for a woman ... and I like that.

It’s hard to not roll your eyes after quite many (100?) whispering “Layne” from her. - Please please, stand up for yourself a bit more girl. Don't let him (Layne) dominate, decide everything and just rule as he want. Toughen up a little right now!!

Haven’t had that much reading time this week. Great it’s weekend at last, … and a next to “free” one as well.
