Status Updates From Your Breath in Charcoal

This book has long meandering sentences , few paragraphs and basically two long chapters - a book format that does not usually appeal to me. But when the prose is brilliant, full of Humour and tears and wonderfully imperfect characters, so many Canadian reference points and niche music commentary, well, you get over it . I just can’t finish it. It may be well written, but I just can’t make myself enjoy the content as I so don’t identify with the characters and their lifestyles!
