Tutoring her to enjoy sex makes it sound like she didn’t like it at first, which supports the feeling I had...also plays to the age/maturity(?) gap. I don’t know, SpongeBob.

3) Every time he calls her ‘little girl’. With the age difference it just feels slightly more squiggy than I think it was meant to, yet I am squiggled all the same.

I hope I can finish. Other than these things, it has been interesting so far.

Things that have made me progressively more uncomfy so far:
1) the age difference - 20 years in appearance and 40 in actuality...that’s just a bit much for me, but if it works for Riley 🤷🏾‍♀️

2) Passion tears - it took me a sec to figure out what that even was and now the whole scene feels a bit sad. I don’t think it was meant to, but the word ‘tears’ in a sex scene is just not gonna make me...

Ok I'm seriously creeped out about the age difference. I'm not into the teacher/student relationship and how accepting Riley is of Russell. I'm not sure how much more I can read of this book....

There is not enough background, and just how old is this guy? I'm a little creeped out. Why exactly do we want them to be together? This isn't very good so far...
