Author is obsessed with the dude he’s writing about. This mans can do no wrong.
The funniest thing to me is when the author will add a throwaway comment about how uncomfortable a woman was in working with him. That’s happened 3 times so far. The rest of the book has not aged well, but these moments of discomfort from female employees..., aged like a fine wine.

Listen, if I have to read a book where one white man obsessively idolizes another white man* for 300 odd pages, I want credit in my reading challenge.
*before posting this, I read up on Tom Frieden, the superhero we all adore, who can never do anything wrong, the DCEU sees him and quakes. Anyway he was taken down during #MeToo lol bye xx
