Its Quinns perspective and right now hes trying to get someone to buy beer for him and his friends so they can enjoy their last friday before they go back to school. While at the store they see a cop push the other main character out the door and thats where i stopped reading

One of the main characters is being beat up because an older woman tripped over him and then he opened his bag and it looked like he was stealing so a cop is beating him up. Now it switched a new perspective.
