Status Updates From Those Who Are Left

It seems like there's something being hinted at throughout his whole book, but there's not enough information for it to even be intriguing.

Why the random chapter from another person's point of view? And no clue who that person would even be. The author? Idk. It's weird. Not a fan.

Minor inconsistencies and random changes in direction of characters' communication causing some confusion, but still on board to finish out this book

Jumping right into the story with little character development so far, which makes sense when an apocalypse strikes. We'll see if it can maintain the speed or if it gets more detailed. Or not.
