Status Updates From ปีเตอร์ แพน

Not bad actually.

This book is quite interesting.

The characters are nothing like I pictured them being as a little girl.
Peter Pan is vain and selfish (he “thins out” lost boys when they get to old, aka kills them), Tink is full of jealously and enjoys using foul words, Smee enjoys killing, and Hook is like he had always been.

But besides that, the prose is delightful and it feels like a story told by an old friend.

I have a thing for collecting books I want to read to my future children, as I want them to all grow up with a whimsy, bookish childhood full of adventure and fun. This is definitely going on the list. I feel like a kid again reading this, transported to a world of fairies and dog-nurses and small boys who can fly
