Some interesting thought points so far.
Thinking about sugar consumption and the effects on health.
Whether food addiction/ eating addiction is worth recognising as diagnostic criteria and whether it's the food or behaviour which leads the addiction.

So far engaging. Kima listed some interesting techniques food companies use that influence overeating. Her personal opinions have come through several times that tip this book away from being unbiased - this not necessarily a bad thing but something to be aware of.

Quite interesting concept that is good to know. But first chapter in, it felt quite repetitive.
