I'm having such a hard time reading this one. The words 'hollow' and 'disjointed' come to mind. And, yes it's a paranormal fantasy type thing so this COULD be part of that but I just hit a patch where a character says aliens gave knowledge to the ancient Egyptians. ::face palm::
