Status Updates From Arcana Academy, Vol. 1

This writing is not for me. It’s like the author is rushing just to get the relationship between the protagonist and her love interest going. We barely even know anything about her before she meets the “handsome prince.” It’s more of a tell not show style writing. I’m disappointed. The tarot card magic seemed interesting. I will not be continuing this.

Thus far a glorified Wattpad read, which is underselling or over selling depending on what youre looking for.

Pro the magic system is phenominal. Its fresh and really shines, using tarot that you need to ink yourself, a magic school for inking, reading etc is great.

Cons everytime they mention halazar and how terrible it is "worse than hell" meanwhile its just... damp and chilly is killing me.
