As the events continue Otto faces off against Massacre and hunts him down. After locating him he goes to some warehouses and saves people. He then makes his way to the location and faces off against him. He ends up shooting him and causing him to crawl. Otto then kills Massacre even though its not the way Spidey would have done it.

Otto goes after Vulture in an attempt to make him changes his was, in the process he gets attacked by the Vultures minions. Otto then discovers that the Vulture is using kids to fight his battles. Otto then chases after Vulture and kills him

So after Peter Parker (Otto) visits Ottos grave he gets a transmission about an attack he then heads to the scene and meets the new Sinister 6 and fights them, but he gets beaten up and tries to flee. Soon afterwords he works on the living brain and then gets a call from MJ. He then goes on a supposed "date" with her.
