Status Updates From Home Run (Baseball Great, #4)

MAKING CONNECTIONS: There have been a few connections that I've seen in the book. For starters I've seen that he and his mom don't have the best connection with each other. He loves his dad but he also hates some of the things he does, for example when his dad is coaching his baseball team he is always talking to someone else then actually coaching and he doesn't put any effort into the team for his son.

GENRE: The genre of the book I am reading is sports. So far that's the only genre that I'm seeing as of right now. I'm only five pages in. I know that the genre is fiction because the book is about the sport baseball, it even has it In the title "Home Run" is from the sport baseball. The other genre I would pick based on what I think would be realistic fiction. I picked this because they talk about real life things.
