This is by far one of the grittiest reads I have ever read. Tough at times to read and process, though I suspect the authors intentions are to make you feel uncomfortable, to sit with your thoughts after reading such things.

taken 200 pages for me to figure out what the hell is even going on or find a semblance of a plot lol - i will def finish this but even still i don’t understand the religion we’ve just been dropped in. but whatever, not a bad read by any means but a bit middling
