Don’t know what happened with the 2nd book, but it just became boring. Lea became a whiner, and Rafe was giving Tamlim vibes. His character was just meh. Kaden is so much better. It felt like it was dragging on and I wasn’t reaching for it to read. I read 6 other books instead and realized why continue especially when I read spoilers for book 3 and not liking her male choice or how it’s just mid.
