A few extended scenes of characters sitting around chatting about the past. I expect suspense to be edge-of-my-seat, fast paced, action filled... The pieces are coming together in this one, but it will be even more interesting to see how this author grows over the course of a few more books. Even with the sometimes-awkward pacing, I'm enjoying the story. Can't wait to see what happens next.
