Status Updates From Balanced and Barefoot: How ...

I’m absolutely hating this book. It’s SO poorly written I can hardly stand it. I’m holding out hope that the content gets better but I’m sure it won’t.
It reads like it was written by a 9th grader who thinks they are being profound. The claims are broad & extremely redundant.
There is more opinion & anecdotal thought than facts & where stats/research is referenced it’s completely misused & poorly done.
