I’m liking but not enjoying it, It’s not what I was expecting. I don’t know if the people who gave 5 - 4 even 3 stars have read the same book?
The MCs in their reviews are different from the ones in the book especially Jed. I’m kinda disappointed. Also a little disturbing.. I want the people and the story I fell in love with in the reviews and spoilers 😁

So the disabled char is certain he can only work on a farm because of his stutter. Will this book engage with ableism in a way that holds the realities of it & challenges it at the same time? I am wary, been burned a lot. Putting the book down for now. May pick it back up.
