Outlandish. Unhinged villain and hero saving the day through gruesome violence. Very reminiscent to “dark” romance novels nowadays where it reads crudely and very simple. However, the banter is good. Much more wallpaper historical romance here. Still very entertaining tho.

Not a classic but entertaining. There are THREE couple plotlines, which I respect because it’s clear author let the characters run the show.
The third couple is more of an afterthought. Am curious how it wraps up. Main couple doesn’t have that much of a conflict but the feels. This is what i would say is sweet erotica. The yearning in this is very good on both sides. A
