As I expectantly await the beginning of my favorite time of the year, I am reminded as to why this book, this series, caught my attention and ignited a true appreciation for the genre of Fantasy. It is a welcome reminder of how keeping things simple and imaginative often go a lot further than the more serious and complex. Welcome back childhood 🥹

With Fall just around the corner, this is not only the perfect title for the season but one of my childhood favorites. I just need something more light hearted so I decided to start re-focusing on the fantasy I grew up with.
