Harisharan took Vaishnav Das to their dharamshala where a doctor was called to treat him. On the next day ( 13th April 1919), Harisharan joined the fateful meeting at Jallianwala Bagh. When the massacre started, he hid behind the platform of the samadhi/temple. He escaped unhurt.
