Status Updates From Come, Lord Jesus: Welcoming...

I am really enjoying this book and can't wait to read it again, much slower, taking time to answer all the questions, etc this advent season!

I love this quote in the book: "When life overwhelms us, God never leaves us to face struggles alone. He helps us with our struggles. When we feel weary or uncertain, we can call out to Jesus, knowing He is with us, bringing light into our darkness."

I am learning to run to Jesus and lament in my difficult times and love how God keeps reminding me of this truth in books, preaching, podcasts, etc.
