From what I've read so far, the only difference between the skeletal remains of men & women is that men's bones are usually larger.

Unless this manual is out of date, it doesn't appear that forensic science is all that scientific. Not a lot of reliable ways to judge age, sex, or stature on a set of bones.

This is a book from a Forensic Anthropology class I wish I hadn't dropped in college.
