Status Updates From Spinster's Gambit

I really want to give this a proper go but I can’t get into it. So I will take a break and try again in a few days.

First kiss and sex scene in the book.

This just got really heavy. Really hoping for HEAs all around.

Is this really a first book? It's excellent and not at all the typical first-try awkwardness.

So far this seems promising. The writing style is not annoying; the characters are believable. I want to see what happens.
