Gonna come back to this one.....

The flashback scenes in this book are very untimely. Right when things are getting good..... Sike, you're gonna have to wait a lil longer ... The author wants to take us back to show us how the characters ended up in their present day situation. The problem with this format is that it messes up the flow of the story, this is a quick way for me lose interest.

Finally!!!! Max finally gave Leyton permission to "take care of Ashlynn" ..... Now he better take that and run with it instead of acting all confused about what that means.

Soooooooooo Leyton is really, really grateful for all that Max had done for him. He was actually upset too be promoted to underboss!!! We'll see where this goes because I'm not exactly sure what I'm getting myself into!!!

I'm really not feeling this so far, Ash irks me with all this sex with Jase then aggressively goes at Leyton with her BS. I don't want to read half a book and never get to the point of the story. Because if these characters keep up like they start the book I won't like them and don't root for them to be together.

Damn that's sexy. But I find myself wondering how J will fit when the HEA comes...
