Really enjoyed this book. Not realizing it was based in Buddhism, I did appreciate the perspective as it fits in the emotional management books I’ve been reading. Very helpful tools for practicing mindfulness and I loved the positive spin on our emotions in general, that they are a show to enjoy rather than negative things to avoid. Definitely put the book ending through the filter of your faith but otherwise great
