How God Deals with Sin
Leviticus 4:1-35
Sin must never be taken lightly - many churches refuse to speak on sin. To ignore sin is to ignore the Bible
When we sin it affects more people; if we’re in a place of leadership, what we do affects more people
9/11/2001 - Tom took Steve’s place on the plane that was hijacked - Jesus takes our place of death on the cross
Hebrews 9:22 - w/o blood there is no forgiveness

Giving to God in Worship
Leviticus 2:1–16
The God we worship is the Lord of all in the provider of all good things, so we offer our best gifts to him, and live pure lives to express our gratitude and worship.
The order of offerings is important. There must be atonement of sins before we can please God with our dedication and worship.
One day we will have perfect worship centered around Jesus w/o doubt or sin.
