“You flatter yourself when you believe we could be enemies,” Madoc goes on. “You were never my enemy. You could only ever have been my victim.” 💀

“He can barely breathe, and yet he feels as though this is the first time since he learned she was gone that he can finally let out his breath.” CARDAN OMLLLL

“How could he have failed to notice that he loved her?” AHHHHH

Taryn’s recollection format is very helpful for me LOL

Finished Madoc’s story: The Fall of the Willowbrook Apartments 700 Winsome Way. I liked it Madoc remains completely unhinged but sometimes you just got to love him even though he’s pretty awful. The Lost Sisters is next which I’ve already read, but will read again.
