Griffin and Jane are alone after he asked her to an event where before leaving she ran into her ex. Not just ex lover but ex client who wanted to act like nothing happened when she walked in on him cheating. Griffin thought she still had feelings for the guy though she was ready to maim the ex even though Griffin thought was him she was ready to take out. They finally doing more than flirting and kissing

This is getting better. Griffin is still putting off working on his book. I think Jane's ready to strangle him. He just found out its her birthday which only found out when she tried get him to make a calender schedule for getting work done. They have ended up kissing twice now almost three but on one attempt she ran to the house his sister's staying in which had been here just to get away.

First book I picked up in ages but as determined to start reading again. Griffin seriously doesn't want Jana around and now she's brought up a really bad memory of a friend's death. Griffin signed contract though and she's going make him keep it no matter what.
